A Little Information About the Owners of K&D Development in Denver, Colorado

Damaris started her career in 2013- by working in her grandfather's home, remodeling it and eventually adding more rentals to her assets, causing her to learn most of her trade work on her own, as a property manager. She then attended college at Arapahoe Community College to obtain an Associates Degree in Business Designation with emphasis in Accounting, graduating in May 2017. After that she went to MSU to obtain her Bachelors Degree in Accounting where she learned she preferred working in the field of Construction and decided to open K&D Development.

In 2008, Kurtis graduated from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business with his Bachelors Degree in Business and Construction Management. Kurtis was born into the industry with his father being a General Contractor in Colorado for most of his life, so naturally he went to school for Construction Management. Immediately after college, Kurtis worked closely with P.C.S.I., McStain Homes and Remington Builders to manage over 3,500 new build residential construction homes.

He then took his skill set into custom remodels, handyman work and later his own full home builds and additions. His ventures and time have brought him into the residential and remodel world working closely with many architects, engineers and designers.
