K&D Development is a trusted Colorado construction, remodeling, and emergency restoration company founded by Damaris and Kurtis, combining decades of hands-on experience in residential construction, home remodeling, property management, project management, and emergency response services.
Damaris began her career by remodeling her grandfather's home and managing rental properties, developing extensive experience in renovations, property management, and business operations. She earned an Associate Degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from Arapahoe Community College and continued her accounting education at Metropolitan State University of Denver. Her passion for the construction industry and helping homeowners ultimately led to the creation of K&D Development.
Kurtis brings over 25 years of construction management experience. A graduate of the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business with a degree in Business and Construction Management, he has managed more than 3,500 new residential home builds while working with leading Colorado builders. His expertise spans custom home construction, home additions, whole-home remodels, residential renovations, and complex construction projects, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, designers, and trade professionals to deliver exceptional results.
